Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your NPS Solovair footwear; if your boots or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, resaleable condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original condition, unworn outdoors, and packed in the original branded shoebox without any tape or labels attached directly to the box.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, clearly indicating whether you require a full refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Place the shoebox inside a protective shipping bag or outer carton and attach your preferred courier label to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our Northamptonshire factory and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed by our quality control team.
